Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their needs and develop targeted intervention plans.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical interventions, including evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining open communication regarding patient care plans during routine meetings and documentation processes.
  • Manage a caseload effectively, providing case management services that may include consultation with other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Complete all necessary documentation ethically and promptly, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate the ongoing monitoring of patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications
  • Candidates must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) issued by the State of Florida.

  • Willingness to provide therapy for a minimum of 10 hours a week, with the possibility to increase up to 40 hours based on client demand.
