The practice operates Monday through Saturday, ensuring clients have access to essential services. We support our therapists with in-house credentialing, insurance participation management, and scheduling, allowing you to concentrate on what matters most—providing care to those in need.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their needs and develop targeted intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality clinical interventions, including evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining open communication regarding patient care plans during routine meetings and documentation processes.
• Manage a caseload effectively, providing case management services that may include consultation with other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Complete all necessary documentation ethically and promptly, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and regulations.
• Facilitate the ongoing monitoring of patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our goal is to provide tailored interventions that help each client achieve their desired outcomes and sustain long-term mental wellness.

• Candidates must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) issued by the State of Florida.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with professional credentials reflecting specialized training and clinical competence.
• Willingness to provide therapy for a minimum of 10 hours a week, with the possibility to increase up to 40 hours based on client demand.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT and other relevant techniques.

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
