Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the sales track of its Partner Program, including partners responsible for resell, co-sell, and upsell activities. This individual will drive key program initiatives, operational improvements, and process changes to ensure successful execution across the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational lead for the Partner Program sales track, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives.
  • Own and manage the project backlog, prioritizing workstreams and coordinating cross-functional dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and governance processes.
  • Facilitate recurring meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Identify, escalate, and remove blockers to maintain project momentum and delivery timelines.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and action items while proactively driving resolution.
  • Partner with business, sales, and program stakeholders to implement process and operational changes that improve efficiency and program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing project backlogs, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence, establish execution cadence, and deliver projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience supporting sales, partner, channel, or go-to-market programs preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
