Part time to Full Time:

Steady paced medical office looking for the right fit of medical admin/assistant who can multitask, demonstrate efficiency in time management, and customer service oriented. Candidate has basic knowledge in computer skills, scheduling appointments, using google docs, email, excel spreadsheet, uploading, scanning documents, etc. Back office skills include autoclaving, assisting in procedures, maintaining the exam rooms stocked, scheduling surgeries, checking insurance eligibility, colleecting copays, etc. Some assistance with other office tasks as needed.

Honesty, integrity, and reliability is a must.

Willing to train the candidate who is a fast learner and motivated.
