This position is completely remote, allowing you to set your own schedule and work from any location. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions using video chat technology, ensuring sessions are conducted in an ethical and compassionate manner.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to address clients' specific mental health challenges and facilitate improvement in their well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ needs, preferences, and backgrounds to guide ongoing therapeutic interventions.
• Assist clients in gaining insight into their feelings, experiences, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Regularly monitor client progress throughout the treatment process and introduce healthy coping strategies to empower clients in managing their mental health effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in Oregon, allowing for independent practice.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a sympathetic and supportive approach in client interactions.
• Proficient in using technology and computer systems to facilitate counseling practices.

Preferred Experience

Experience in providing remote counseling services is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital counseling tools will help you transition seamlessly into our remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, based on the number of hours worked.
