Key Responsibilities

• Counsel primarily low-acuity clients, guiding them through their emotional and mental health challenges in a supportive and empathetic manner.
• Facilitate open discussions by encouraging clients to articulate their feelings, thoughts, and experiences related to their mental health.
• Conduct thorough assessments by observing client behaviors, actively engaging in conversations, and utilizing psychological tests as needed.
• Assist clients in defining personalized goals and crafting actionable plans that promote insight and resilience.
• Implement solution-focused strategies that help clients navigate their challenges while providing ongoing support throughout their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity clients who are motivated to improve their mental health. This population has been meticulously screened to ensure that their needs align with the services you provide, allowing for productive and effective therapeutic relationships. Clients will range from those experiencing mild anxiety and depression to individuals seeking guidance during life transitions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as a mental health professional, such as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate disposition towards clients.
• Proficient in computer usage to navigate our integrated therapy platform and manage client records effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques enhances service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, dependent on the number of hours worked. You will receive weekly direct deposits and a monthly healthcare stipend designated for full-time counselors.
