Job description

As a key member of the Scientific Adoption and Enablement team, you will ensure customer success for Envision™, our proprietary computer vision and ML/AI platform for profiling animal behavior. As a part of a cross-functional team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for scientific support. You will be responsible for driving user adoption and independence by providing onboarding training, experimental design consultation, study support, data analysis training, and effective complaint resolution.
This position is remote with travel up to 50% as needed to support customer visits, with focus on major life science hubs.
The salary range is $85,987- $120,000. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
• Coordinate visits to customer sites to conduct hands-on training and ensure successful product implementation and adoption of new platforms
• Act as a technical advisor to customers during design, execution and analysis
• Provide expert-level technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software products and contract services
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, product success, and provide voice of customer feedback inform future product enhancements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and troubleshooting guides
Minimum Qualifications:
• PhD in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Engineering, or related fields required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep, broad expertise across multiple domains; recognized subject matter expert who shapes scientific strategy and influences decision-making
• Leads end-to-end design and validation of complex, novel workflows; sets best practices and drives innovation
• Handles complex installations and high-risk troubleshooting; develops troubleshooting frameworks and mentors others
• Provides advanced interpretation for complex datasets; guides analytical strategy and resolves ambiguous or conflicting results
• Authors advanced, innovative protocols and workflows; creates externally facing thought leadership content and sets documentation standards
• Deep understanding of compliance; advises on regulatory strategy, identifies risks, and ensures alignment across teams and customers
• Leads high-impact presentations (internal/external); designs training programs and produces advanced, influential technical content
• Acts as a key strategic liaison; shapes product direction based on customer insights and influences cross-functional decisions
• Prior knowledge of hardware and software solutions in the life science industries
• Prior experience selling or supporting capital equipment purchases
• Familiarity with in-vivo research techniques and applications
• Proficiency in animal behavior, biology, or pre-clinical in-vivo research methods
• Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and new technologies and building deep subject-matter expertise in area of coverage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
