As an LCSW at Mental Fitness Masters Hub, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of clients to develop customized treatment plans that leverage solution-based interventions.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to the needs of each individual.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation.
• Collaborating closely with a diverse treatment team to establish and monitor integrated care plans, enhancing overall patient outcomes.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals undergoing detoxification treatments, ranging from those battling substance use disorders to those with co-occurring mental health conditions.
