Job Summary: 
The Project Management Associate (Technical Projects) will support project management activities for the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with Nestle Health Science's strategic goals. The position requires influencing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within the scope. The Project management Associate role will eventually grow to supporting innovation and renovation projects across both domestic and international stakeholders. This position works within Holistic Health and is a remote-based opportunity. 

Responsibilities: 
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
   Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
   Support project meetings by coordinating schedules, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
   Analyze project data and provide insights to help drive decision-making.
   Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
   Provide transparency and communication on project status and risks to the Project Management Lead.
   Ensure compliance with Nestle Health Science policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
   Perform additional duties, tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Project Management. 
Requirements: 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Health Sciences or in a related field required. 
   1-2+ years of professional work experience in Project Management (including cost savings projects) is required, preferably within the healthcare ir nutrition industry. 
   Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required. 
   Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships). 
   Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. 
   Must be a strategic thinker, attentive to detail and data driven with the ability to influence key business decisions and stakeholders. 
   Proven ability to assess complex situations and take complex decisions while clarifying the path to follow.
   Must be agile and able to work and lead through change management and business transformation. 
   Current or prior experience with MS Projects, Power BI and/or I2L systems a plus. 
   Willing and able to travel up to 10% based on the needs of the team and the business is required. 
The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
