Role Description


This is a remote position for a Yacht Broker located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Yacht Broker will facilitate yacht transactions by working with clients to buy or sell boats and yachts. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess their needs, creating and maintaining listings, negotiating prices and contracts, coordinating inspections and surveys, and ensuring smooth closings. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals is a critical component of the role.

Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of boats, yachts, and the marine industry
  • Experience in brokerage and yachting sales
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Dedication to providing high-quality client experiences
  • A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or the marine/yachting industry is an advantage
