Job description

*Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.

Identify, create, and facilitate changes by conducting business and process analysis at a complex level, focusing on quality deliverables and data management. Act as liaison between technical and non-technical groups, creating clarity on requirements and next steps.

What You Will Do:

  • Facilitate the end-to-end planning, design, and deployment of new solutions to architect the master action plan for each project phase.
  • Analyze and guide maintenance and improvement to the performance of existing solutions in production.
  • Secure formal alignment with key stakeholders to define project boundaries (In-Scope/Out-of-Scope), identify critical risks and dependencies, and establish the definitive roadmap of actionable items.
  • Convey new technology innovation requirements to internal teams responsible for delivery of those services.
  • Produce advanced presentations and technical documentation for an audience consisting of associates across various functions and levels of the business.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Business Administration, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
  • Must have two (2) years of experience with: performing gap analysis of legacy architectures and workflows to pinpoint structural bottlenecks, including quantifying technical debt and engineering scalable optimizations that eliminate operational redundancies; eliciting, documenting, and managing detailed business and functional requirements using industry-standard methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid); translating high-level business needs into technical specifications and artifacts, including but not limited to, data mapping, API documentation, and process mapping diagrams; communicating complex system and process issues in simple and understandable terms, and delivering analysis to support strategic decisions; utilizing Database Management and Data visualization tools to perform deep-dive data analysis, ensuring data migration and integration accuracy across distributed databases; Agile/Scrum, including converting vague business requests into highly granular user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria; facilitating collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with corporate strategic goals; and designing and implementing mechanisms to capture, aggregate, and categorize user feedback from diverse sources including database logs, support tickets and direct stakeholder interviews.

The salary range for this position is $126,818 - $141,630/year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
