What You Will Be Doing
Lead daytoday production planning and scheduling activities to ensure ontime delivery.
Oversee material readiness and inventory accuracy, addressing any gaps that could impact output.
Drive accountability, coaching, and development of team members.
Identify and implement continuousimprovement initiatives across planning and production support functions.
Partner crossfunctionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to align schedules and resources.
