Familiarity with documentation tools like Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, and content management systems, as well as experience with ISO or industry-specific standards, is highly valuable. Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to collaborate virtually with engineers and subject matter experts are essential soft skills. • Ability to interpret process data, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
