Depending on your background, you may contribute by:

  • Supporting or leading plant operations to achieve goals in safety, quality, production efficiency, OEE, and cost optimization.
  • Designing, improving, and implementing manufacturing processes, reliability programs, and equipment strategies that enhance uptime and performance.
  • Partnering across production, quality, maintenance, and engineering to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and capital projects.
  • Executing or supporting capital planning, equipment installation, commissioning, and project management activities.
  • Applying structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
  • Embedding a culture of 5S, standard work, visual management, continuous improvement, and disciplined operating systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety policies, and environmental standards.

WHO THRIVES HERE

We're interested in connecting with professionals who bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or related), or equivalent technical experience
  • 2-15+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, continuous improvement, or process engineering (we hire across levels)
  • Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • A strong safety-first mindset and a passion for structured problem-solving
  • Curiosity, accountability, and a drive to continuously improve plant systems and performance

Bonus experience (highly valued):
Roofing, coatings, plastics, calendering, mixing, extrusion, foam manufacturing, paper/pulp, membranes, adhesives, sealants, and other building-materials or heavy manufacturing environments.
