Job description

The Supply Chain Product Manager role will work with senior Operations stakeholders across supply chain, Sales, Finance and engineering teams to understand and define the requirements and strategy to transform how Supply Chain systems can enable our next wave of growth. Identifying automation opportunities by improving the underlying supply chain data platforms to enable AI and automation capabilities will be key to success. In this role, you’ll lead the development of innovative features that deliver measurable value.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • The Product Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics will play a key role in defining, building, and enhancing logistics and warehousing product capabilities
  • Represent the business point of view when designing and collaborating with other Product and Engineering teams, including integration partners
  • Serves as BPO for Supply Chain to help with prioritizing initiatives based on the value.
  • Participate in internal process improvement initiatives to improve planning, reporting, analytics, and technical aspects of supply chain processes
  • Conduct regular research on warehousing & distribution industry trends including customer demands and competitive analysis, ensuring our supply chain product strategy aligns with market needs and company goals
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle management for supply chain products
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations, high-level context, and playing with data is essential
  • Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality releases
  • After launch, continuously track performance, gather user feedback, and analyze data to enhance product features and optimize performance
  • Drives clarity & alignment with large cross-functional teams through excellent communication

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in the supply chain space (e.g., automation, big data, AI) and explore ways to apply them to enhance product competitiveness

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management
  • 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain domain-(Warehousing)
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people.
