Job Summary:

The Digital Inventory Lead oversees digital inventory operations, administrative support, and essential parts distribution nationwide, partnering with Operations, Structure & Design, and Corporate Operations to ensure timely inventory availability for a growing digital board network.
This role requires a self-motivated, dependable leader who can manage priorities independently in a warehouse setting, adapt to changing demands, and maintain strong communication, accountability, and operational excellence across remote and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Digital Parts Warehouse, including inventory management, shipment processing, and departmental administrative functions.
  • Ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of digital parts orders and shipments.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment by monitoring layout, storage capacity, inventory flow, and materials handling processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational efficiencies to improve workflow and inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams including Structure & Design, Corporate Operations, and Market Operations.
  • Operate independently while maintaining consistent communication and status updates with remote leadership.
  • Maintain a safe workplace environment by ensuring all company safety policies and procedures are followed.
  • Prepare and provide regular inventory, operational, and status reports to management and market operations teams.
  • Support company digital operations initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Education

Work Experience

  • 2+ years of related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a lead, coordinator, or supervisory role preferred.
