Job Summary

Basica and Superior Underwriters is seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Damage (PD) Adjuster to handle auto claims involving vehicle repairs. This role is responsible for evaluating damage, coordinating inspections, and negotiating repair costs to ensure a fair and efficient claims process. The position requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of vehicle repairs, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned auto property damage claims from start to finish.

  • Evaluate vehicle damage and determine the extent of loss using internal guidelines and estimating tools.

  • Coordinate inspections with repair shops, appraisers, and third-party vendors.

  • Review and analyze repair estimates for accuracy and compliance with policy provisions.

  • Negotiate repair costs with repair facilities and claimants to ensure fair settlement.

  • Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate claim file documentation and adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with internal team members including liability adjusters and customer service representatives.

Qualifications:
