Description:
The Client Success Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for managing the KUKUI All-in-One Success Platform and on-going marketing campaigns for a number of clients. The CSC will coordinate with the clients, their Team, designers, programmers, and sales team. The CSC will provide excellent customer service, evaluate the local market for clients, discuss individualized marketing campaigns, measure results, and discuss points of improvement for their business as it relates to the KUKUI All-in-One Success Platform. The CSC must be constantly learning to stay abreast with the changing market & trends.
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Regular communication with clients via phone and email.
  • Provide excellent customer service by conducting regular Account Reviews with your clients
  • Utilize clear communication and work efficiently in order to maintain client satisfaction
  • Serve as a liaison between client services, the sales team, clients, developers, designers and production.
  • Stay up to date with changing procedures, practices and products as we continue to grow.
  • Keep clients abreast of best marketing practices and communicate them to clients.
  • Understand the industry and individualized needs of the client.
  • Work responsibly by meeting critical client and company timelines.
  • Effective problem management and resolution.
  • Work well with others in completing open cases for other team member's clients
  • Effectively manage a busy workload with multiple projects and many clients.
  • Pay close attention to detail regarding communications, cases, projects and changing practices.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
