R & T Yoder Electric, Inc in Columbus, OH is looking to hire a full-time experienced Shop Manager to be in charge of the efficient purchasing of job materials, purchasing of tools, and inventory storage. Are you a skilled Shop Manager who is looking for an established and respected company to grow your career with? Are you looking for a company that appreciates your hard work and dedication? As a Shop Manager, you will earn a competitive salary of up to $75,000, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus! You will also be eligible for generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service, 5 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, and uniforms. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of shop management experience.
  • Knowledge of the Electrical, Plumbing, & HVAC trades is a big plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
