Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments via telehealth platforms, taking into account the unique circumstances of each patient to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your techniques to suit the remote delivery model and meet the personalized needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical records using state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through virtual meetings, fostering an integrated approach to mental health care.
• Participate in regular virtual case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care provided and enhance your clinical skills.
• Engage clients and their families in educational discussions about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources available, utilizing digital tools to facilitate communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a particular focus on therapeutic services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques, with an emphasis on virtual delivery.
