Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LMSW, you will play a crucial part in our patients' mental health journeys. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of patients via telehealth platforms, ensuring accurate diagnoses and informed treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to meet individual patient needs.
• Maintaining thorough and precise clinical records in compliance with regulatory requirements, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engaging in regular consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals through virtual meetings to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
