• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based solution-focused interventions, effectively utilizing telehealth technology.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique mental health needs of your clients, which may include modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Ensure the timely and accurate documentation of clinical records in compliance with regulations while utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through virtual consultations to discuss case management strategies.
• Participate in peer review meetings and case consultations, enhancing team dynamics and overall quality of care through innovative video conferencing technology.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and available community resources, utilizing digital communication tools to enhance understanding and engagement.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and research in the mental health field by participating in online conferences, webinars, and utilizing digital resources to enrich your practice.

Your role as an LMSW will encompass a wide range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will provide care to patients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive approach that respects and acknowledges each client's unique life experiences and cultural perspectives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions suitable for remote delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills for building rapport and trust with clients through virtual platforms.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills, vital for addressing challenges in a remote setting.
• Experience in working independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.

While not mandatory, prior experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with EHR systems will be considered advantageous. Additionally, experience in crisis intervention and knowledge of community resources in Yuma, Arizona, can further enrich your contributions to our patient population.

• The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
