Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform diagnosis.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with each client’s unique goals, focusing on interventions that facilitate recovery.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide clients through their recovery journey.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer support specialists, to optimize client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed of the latest research, methodologies, and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with adult clients facing mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
