Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to promote client well-being, integrating solution-focused approaches that foster resilience.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards to protect client privacy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Educate and provide ongoing support to clients and their families, assisting them in understanding mental health conditions and coping mechanisms.
• Continuously stay informed about current trends and research in the mental health field to enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LMSW license to practice in New York.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health practice, particularly with a focus on trauma and recovery.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits
