Position Overview:
ULBS is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and sustainability and a strong ability to build and nurture relationships with customers in varies industrial sectors. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for expanding ULBS’s market presence, educating clients on the benefits of our LiFePO4 battery technology, and providing exceptional service to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Develop New Dealer Business: Identify and engage with forklift Dealers whose potential customers are in target industries, including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing, and will promote and sell ULBS’s lithium battery products for their forklift equipment.
  • Build and Maintain Dealer Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with Dealers, understand their operational needs, and position ULBS products as effective solutions for their customer base.
  • Educate and Advise: Clearly communicate the technical benefits and safety features of ULBS’s lithium batteries compared to traditional options, such as lead-acid or NMC batteries.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Drive revenue by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Actively track progress and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for Dealers, ensuring a positive experience from the initial sale through product delivery and beyond.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up with market developments, competitors, and new product innovations to be an informed and valuable resource for Dealers and their customers.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure a seamless Dealer/customer experience and align on strategies for business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, or a related field. Experience in battery technology, forklifts, or warehousing solutions is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Skills:
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of lithium battery technology and industrial (Material Handling) applications (knowledge of LiFePO4 batteries preferred but can be trained).
