HR Recruitment Director - Remote. Online entrepreneur opportunity offering flexibility to work from anywhere with a Global e-Learning company. We are seeking motivated, experienced HR Recruitment Directors who want a change and are ready to join a growing national and international business expansion.

Our company has over 13 years of experience delivering award-winning e-learning programs and is an industry leader in our field.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly training and development sessions via video conferencing.
  • Learn and implement lead generation techniques through social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with guidance from our expert team.
  • Conduct structured interviews with candidates over the phone (training and scripts provided).
  • Facilitate the provision of information to suitable applicants.
  • Arrange online Q&A sessions through follow-up appointments.
  • Mentor and support new clients, offering a range of guidance and training.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, either working for yourself or with a reputable company.
  • Familiarity with the basic functionality of major social media apps (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
  • Excellent phone and communication skills, including proficiency with video conferencing.
  • Experience in digital marketing would be advantageous.
