Overview

The Client Program Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with recruiting teams and other key stakeholders within the client's organization to successfully execute and continuously improve all special programs offered to the client. This role serves as a primary liaison between client contacts and internal program teams, ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and consistent service delivery.

Special programs may include, but are not limited to, intern programs, International Academy, commuter programs, managersintraining, Human Resources Optimization initiatives, and prehire tours.

The Client Program Manager holds accountability for proactive process improvement, contract management, financial oversight, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying efficiencies and cost savings for both the client and the company, managing housing assignments and monthly transferee payments, overseeing thirdparty service providers, supporting client reporting and digital solutions, initiating invoicing procedures, and ensuring program profitability. The role promotes services with clients, develops subject matter expertise across assigned programs, and may serve as a people leader for the Client Services Associate role.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the provision of services with Global Corporate Relocation Shared Services group and other client stakeholders regarding relocation policies and benefits.
  • Proactively lead execution of service delivery across multiple client programs.
  • Serve as a people leader and direct manager for the Client Services Associate role, as applicable.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts to support program success and identify new opportunities.
  • Interface with crossfunctional teams and business partners to establish and manage defined business and supplier relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between global operational teams, supply chain partners, and client contacts.
  • Monitor and communicate progress of financial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the success and sustainability of contracted providers through innovation, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all client programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Recommend policy or program changes based on exceptions, operational feedback, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain processes, SOPs, and client and customerfacing documentation and tools.
  • Evaluate supplier and internal service performance to ensure optimal use of client and company funds and adherence to performance standards.
  • Track, recommend, and implement program improvement initiatives related to customer service, documentation, tracking, invoicing, and accuracy.
  • Ensure all program provisions comply with applicable regulations, tariffs, taxation, and fee requirements.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and continuity of services across all client programs.
  • Initiate and manage communication for international and domestic assignment preparation.
  • Maintain consistent coordination with transferees, real estate agents, and other relocation partners.
  • Promote CapRelo services to increase utilization and support client and transferee engagement.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new services that add value to both the client and the company.
  • Support company and team strategies through special projects and additional duties, as assigned.
  • Live and promote the company's core values in all interactions and decisions. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in relocation, corporate housing, property management, or a related customer service-driven industry.
  • Experience managing multiple programs or projects and building strong client relationships aligned to business objectives.
  • Exposure to supplier contract review, cost management, invoicing, and profitability oversight.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and lead or mentor others.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solutionoriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business technologies, including effective use of AI tools.
