Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity, specifically focused on serving clients at our Detox Center. As part of our Detox Center, you will leverage technology to connect with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality interventions. Remote work enables you to maintain a supportive atmosphere while working with a diverse client base throughout Orlando, Florida, and beyond.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients entering detoxification, using established protocols to ensure comprehensive care.
• Actively engage in the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans that align with clients' needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians and addiction specialists, to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as required.
• Provide psychoeducation and individualized support to clients and their families, equipping them with tools and insights crucial for recovery.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and Federal and State regulations.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with clients grounded in empathy, actively listening to their concerns and aspirations.
• Implement evidence-based practices and the coaching model, ensuring clients receive care that promotes naturalistic learning environments.
• Champion a holistic approach to care that acknowledges the complexity of addiction and promotes well-being beyond detoxification.

The clients you will support primarily consist of individuals facing substance use challenges who are entering detoxification. You will work closely with diverse populations, including those from historically marginalized backgrounds, ensuring that your approach is culturally sensitive and tailored to meet their needs. Your expertise will be critical in fostering a supportive environment that encourages recovery and restores hope.

• A Master's Degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license to enable travel for some client outreach and support.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in clinical social work, particularly within substance use treatment or early intervention with children.
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Principles in practice.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A collaborative spirit and a respect for teamwork and shared responsibilities.

Although not required, experience working in detox settings or with individuals struggling with substance use disorders is highly desirable. Bilingual capabilities are advantageous, enhancing our ability to serve a broader community. Additionally, proficiency in digital platforms for telehealth could facilitate your transition into this remote role.
