This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and independence while still fostering engagement with team members and healthcare providers. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient status, leveraging tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to create and implement individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to diverse needs.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions and strategies to best support mental health diagnoses effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, reports, and clinical information using current technological tools in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with patients and their families to devise comprehensive treatment plans that address specific needs and desired outcomes, ensuring all parties are involved in the decision-making process.
• Identify and coordinate referral options, establishing productive relationships with other clinicians and treatment agencies to support seamless patient care.
• Provide necessary education and mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering an environment of learning and growth within the team.
• Participate in peer review processes and offer clinical collaboration under the guidance of your clinical supervisor to assist in the development of team members.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Experience working with cancer patients or individuals facing serious health crises.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
