What you'll be doing:

We're in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients. 

You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. 

What you'll need to succeed: 
  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive selling into HR, People, Talent or Learning & Development as primary buyer
  • Demonstrated ability to meet, and exceed KPIs
  • Done B2B complex sales where you have a proven track record selling a solution requiring input of a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Have sold to US, Canada or UK markets
  • You are methodical, rigorous and have a sense of urgency
  • Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth 
  • Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written
