Mind Wealth Wellness Center is actively seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This full-time position provides the flexibility of a remote work environment while focusing on delivering quality care to children and families. Work Environment

As a remote position, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily engage with families through virtual platforms while still collaborating with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about child development. The remote work environment allows for flexibility and ensures that our SWS can engage meaningfully with families regardless of their geographical challenges. In addition to telehealth sessions, periodic in-office meetings may occur to promote team cohesion and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify needs related to their social, emotional, and developmental well-being.
  • Engage in the development and implementation of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), ensuring alignment with family goals and child development milestones.
  • Monitor progress and outcomes as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, contributing insights that guide intervention strategies and service delivery.
  • Provide crucial support to families, helping them adopt strategies that reinforce positive child development and stability at home.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in all interactions, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations while promoting a safe and healthy learning environment.
  • Develop diverse communication strategies that facilitate rapport-building with children, families, and team members.
  • Adapt interventions to accommodate various learning styles, ensuring effective engagement and support for each unique child.
  • Implement natural environment teaching techniques that foster skill development in the child's everyday surroundings.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of center initiatives based on feedback and observed outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on children experiencing developmental delays or disabilities aged birth through three years. Our program aims to assess and enhance physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills, with tailored interventions designed to support not only the child but the entire family unit. As an LCSW, you will be vital in ensuring that families are informed, supported, and connected to the necessary resources.

Qualifications
