The Senior Manager, Business Development (Demand) will lead new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth across key verticals including Gaming, Fintech, Market Research, Shopping, and Utilities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.

  • Own the full demand-side sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, value positioning, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract execution

  • Act as a strategic advisor to advertisers by understanding their KPIs and growth objectives and aligning AdActionโ€™s rewarded solutions to their goals

  • Partner closely with internal teams including Account Management, Solutions, and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding, launches, and long-term partner success

  • Maintain a strong understanding of advertiser funnels, optimization levers, and performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, retention, conversion rate, quality scores, and incremental lift

  • Track market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to inform vertical expansion and product strategy

  • Represent AdAction at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting in the CRM

  • Contribute senior-level input to advertiser strategy, market positioning, and future product development

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, or demand-side ad tech sales, with a strong record of revenue growth

  • Established network across relevant advertiser categories, particularly Gaming and non-Gaming verticals

  • Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels, attribution models, ROAS optimization, and UA performance metrics

  • Strong familiarity with AI-driven tools and concepts related to targeting, measurement, and performance optimization

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage marketing teams, UA leaders, and senior decision-makers

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Highly self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and industry events
