• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Empathy and genuine understanding of clients' experiences and challenges are crucial for developing effective therapeutic relationships.

• Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage client sessions and documentation processes efficiently.
