• Establish and nurture a trusting rapport with clients, creating a safe space for exploration and healing.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and recommend evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy workshops, employing various therapeutic modalities to engage clients and foster therapeutic change.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care and appropriate referrals when specialized services are needed.

Our client population includes diverse individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys, empowering them with tools and techniques necessary to navigate life’s challenges.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or group therapy in a clinical setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to balance clinical responsibilities and administrative tasks.

• Prior work in community mental health clinics or settings similar to a community health clinic where teamwork and collaboration are emphasized.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for psychotherapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and frameworks for family therapy.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
