• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), delivered through secure virtual channels.
• Assess and adjust treatment approaches based on client feedback and progress, ensuring a responsive therapy experience.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision sessions to foster continuous professional development and improve service delivery.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide support for a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults who experience various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will build therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and empathy, guiding clients through their unique journeys in mental health healing.

• A valid and current license in one of the following disciplines: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance in a virtual setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage client caseloads, documentation, and scheduling effectively.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar environment providing remote therapy services.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in various therapy modalities, with a strong preference for evidence-based practices.
• Experience using telehealth technology for clinical service delivery.

• Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, contingent on caseload and experience.
