This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while working in a collaborative environment focused on child development. Our school-based services emphasize a team-driven approach, where social workers work closely with educators, therapists, and families to implement effective intervention strategies for young children.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and formulate effective intervention plans.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring services align with both child developmental milestones and family priorities.
• Monitor and report on progress towards goals, collaborating with team members to adjust strategies based on outcomes.
• Engage with families, providing essential support and guidance to empower them in advocating for their child's needs.
• Follow all federal and state regulations regarding service delivery and documentation to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching, enhancing the learning experience for children through relationship-building and tailored strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and informational sessions for families to equip them with skills and knowledge that promote developmental growth for their children.

This position focuses on providing services to infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, primarily during the critical first three years of life. By targeting various developmental domains—physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication—your work will significantly impact this vulnerable population, ensuring they achieve essential developmental milestones.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work is required.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for some aspects of the job.
• Flexibility and competence in adapting to various learning styles to meet the individual needs of children are essential.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

• At least one year of experience working with children in an early intervention context is preferred, equipping you with practical strategies to address their unique developmental needs.
• Experience and training in evidence-based practices related to child development and family support are advantageous.

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
