This role is designed to be entirely remote, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Workers to operate from the comfort of their homes while maintaining connectivity with team members and families. As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your contributions will be critical in the following areas:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for young children to identify developmental delays and individual needs.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and outcomes, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Provide vital support and information to families, equipping them with strategies and skills that enhance their child's development and foster a nurturing environment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment framework to design and implement interventions effectively.
• Facilitate healthy communication and rapport among children, families, and team members to promote a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing practice, safety standards, and service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on children, particularly infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. You will be instrumental in assisting these young clients through early intervention programs that target critical skill development across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. By employing a tailored and compassionate approach, you’ll make a tangible difference in their formative years.

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license, enabling home visits as necessary.
• Strong ability to adapt interventions to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
• Excellent organization and time management skills to balance caseloads effectively.
