• Provide direct clinical services to clients in both community and office settings, addressing the needs of those with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Develop and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients, creating an environment of trust and support that fosters healing.
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide timely responses, ensuring clients receive the appropriate care when they need it most.
• Conduct brief assessments using evidence-based screening tools and arrange for detailed evaluations as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement integrated care plans that are tailored to the personalized needs of each client and effectively facilitate communication between clients, families, and multi-disciplinary providers.
• Monitor caseloads diligently, ensuring all clients receive timely treatment that aligns with their presenting challenges and specific requests.
• Participate actively in team meetings and quality improvement committees to enhance agency service delivery and uphold ethical standards.
• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and promptly, including reports and data submissions, to maintain compliance and ensure continuity of care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working within diverse communities, particularly with individuals facing the challenges of mental health issues, including those in detoxification and recovery from substance use. This role requires sensitivity to the unique cultural backgrounds and personal circumstances of clients, ensuring that care is respectful and tailored to individual needs.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; possession of a valid LICSW license in Massachusetts is essential.
• Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders, complemented by strong crisis management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• A high degree of organizational and planning skills, able to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a client-centered focus.
• A strong understanding of developmental needs and age-related issues relevant to the populations served.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, ideally within a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and experience in implementing comprehensive treatment plans is advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
