This fully remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while ensuring a professional atmosphere conducive to therapy. A suitable setup with reliable internet, phone, and video conferencing capabilities is essential, as daily sessions will be conducted via telehealth platforms. • Conduct virtual counseling sessions for a diverse client base, employing effective communication and therapeutic techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing specific mental health needs.
• Maintain and manage accurate and timely documentation using our electronic health record system, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools to support client progress and outcomes.
• Make appropriate clinical referrals when necessary, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to foster continuous personal and professional development.
• Establish clear boundaries and prioritize self-care to maintain wellness and sustainable practice.

• A valid professional license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of psychotherapy theories, assessment methods, and evidence-based treatment practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with clients and team members.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in providing telehealth services, demonstrating a solid understanding of virtual therapeutic practices.
• Prior experience in community mental health settings or crisis intervention preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous.

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
