• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, as well as facilitate couple and family sessions aimed at resolving conflicts and enhancing relationships.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians and specialists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and participate in regular staff meetings to discuss best practices, case studies, and clinic updates.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Your expertise and compassionate approach will help clients navigate their unique challenges and lead to improved overall mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia, maintaining good standing with the state licensing board.
• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services within an outpatient clinical setting, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment, collaborating effectively with other professionals to enhance client care.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, training sessions, and pursuing additional certifications.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
