• Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify their mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
• Implement and monitor evidence-based interventions designed to enhance student well-being and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to confidentiality protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated care for students.
• Educate and empower students and their families on coping strategies and resources available for mental health support.
• Stay current on advancements in the mental health field to ensure practices are informed by the latest research.

In this role, you will primarily focus on working with students facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Our client base includes individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other significant life issues. By applying your skills as an LCSW, you can help these individuals navigate their situations, fostering resilience and promoting emotional health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health support.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques and solution-focused interventions.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and supportive team setting.

Experience working within educational environments or with children and adolescents is strongly preferred. Familiarity with school-based mental health interventions and knowledge of relevant mental health resources in Texas is a plus. Candidates who have previously worked in trauma-informed settings will be well-positioned to thrive in our practice.
