• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and families, identifying strengths and areas for support.
• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions that directly address the unique needs of each patient.
• Manage all necessary paperwork, including billing, documentation, and the creation of individualized treatment plans while adhering to mandated timelines.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, wellness strategies, and relapse prevention plans, ensuring patients maintain stable functioning.
• Create effective discharge plans that equip patients with tools for continued progress after leaving care.
• Comply with all federal and state regulations, including NEHS policies and procedures, to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending training sessions and pursuing ongoing education opportunities.
• Participate regularly in case consultations and agency meetings to promote a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Complete all mandatory training and licensure requirements to ensure your professional qualifications remain current.

The primary clientele for this role includes individuals and families from various backgrounds who are seeking mental health support. You will work with patients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our commitment to culturally sensitive care ensures that you will adapt therapeutic modalities that respect and acknowledge the diverse experiences and needs of our patients.

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that meets licensure requirements.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Georgia.

While not mandatory, it is preferred that candidates have experience in community mental health settings and demonstrate familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices. Experience working with diverse populations and any additional certifications in specialized therapeutic methodologies will be considered a plus.

• Salary: Competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
