As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with our organization, your primary responsibilities will entail:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Creating personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, ensuring they are tailored to meet each client’s unique circumstances and preferences.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide cohesive patient care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.
• Providing valuable education and emotional support to clients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of treatment options and available community resources.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes.

You will engage with a diverse array of patients—ranging from children and adolescents to adults—each facing unique mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your role will be instrumental in utilizing a compassionate, solution-focused approach to empower patients in their recovery journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid, active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in the mental health field, specifically in delivering psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a range of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience working remotely in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
