You will operate in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying appropriate interventions and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific objectives and challenges.
• Provide individualized therapy for adult clients, employing evidence-based, solution-focused methods tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver remote sessions, ensuring consistency and accessibility for clients regardless of location.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, employing your expertise to support clients in distress.
• Engage in continuous professional development, keeping up-to-date with the latest mental health practices and standards to enhance service quality.

Our client base comprises a diverse range of adults experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. The therapist you will become a part of is vital in helping these individuals find pathways to wellness and resilience through effective therapeutic relationships and interventions.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in therapeutic interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional licensing board.

Candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or other evidence-based practices will be given preference. Experience in teletherapy is also beneficial.
