As a Senior Licensed Clinical Counselor, your role will include numerous critical functions that directly influence client outcomes:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients to evaluate their unique mental health concerns and establish their treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices that address the specific challenges and goals identified in assessments.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities to create meaningful learning and healing experiences.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers for integrated client care.
