Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Tiny Steps, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating coordination of care by establishing effective referral processes and communication with other healthcare providers and support services.
  • Providing mentorship and educational opportunities for students, interns, and less experienced team members, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and professional development.
