As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Tiny Steps, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status using established diagnostic tools to create customized treatment plans that reflect cultural diversity and address unique patient needs.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, continually assessing patient progress and adapting strategies as necessary to ensure effective symptom management and improved well-being.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and other clinical information, adhering to regulatory requirements and department policies.
• Collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans that support individual goals, safety needs, and symptom reduction.
• Facilitating coordination of care by establishing effective referral processes and communication with other healthcare providers and support services.
• Providing mentorship and educational opportunities for students, interns, and less experienced team members, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and professional development.
• Participating in peer reviews, chart audits, and clinical collaborations under the guidance of clinical supervisors to enhance team competency and cohesion.

As an LCSW, you will serve individuals managing mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
• Proven experience in mental health care, demonstrating the ability to provide age-appropriate and culturally sensitive therapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively with a multidisciplinary team, including fellow healthcare professionals and support staff.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in therapeutic practices and methodologies.

While not mandatory, the following experience will be highly valued:

• Previous experience in a hospice or palliative care setting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and crisis intervention strategies.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, supplemented by a robust benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, professional development stipends, and retirement savings plans.
