Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, when necessary, to address complex cases and leverage additional resources to benefit clients.
  • Engaging with clients facing various challenges, including PTSD and anxiety disorders, and employing effective coping strategies to facilitate healing.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily involve working with a diverse clientele who present with a range of mental health issues. This includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other behavioral health challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
  • An active and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing therapy and case management services.
