Training & Development: Enterprise AI Governance Consultant (Remote โ€“ Contract)

Location: Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zones)

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM

Employment Type: 52 Week Contract, Potential for Extension

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Governance Consultant to support enterprise-wide AI governance, adoption, education, and change management initiatives. This role will help establish responsible AI practices, develop governance frameworks, create learning programs, and drive organizational adoption of AI capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong communication, documentation, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business guidance.

Key Responsibilities

AI Governance & Responsible AI

  • Develop and maintain responsible AI guidance, standards, and documentation.
  • Research industry trends and emerging AI governance practices.
  • Create governance processes, assessment frameworks, templates, and review procedures.
  • Support governance oversight through reporting, dashboards, and data quality reviews.
  • Ensure consistent execution of AI governance and compliance activities.

AI Adoption

  • Design and operationalize AI adoption frameworks, maturity models, and measurement approaches.
  • Support adoption events, workshops, and organizational readiness activities.
  • Review AI use cases and adoption plans, providing recommendations to improve consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support successful implementation of AI solutions.

AI Education & Enablement

  • Develop learning paths tailored to different business and technical audiences.
  • Create training materials, standards, guides, portal content, and self-service resources.
  • Promote AI literacy through scalable educational programs.
  • Coordinate content development efforts across multiple stakeholder groups.

Change Management & Communications

  • Develop change management, communication, and education roadmaps supporting AI transformation.
  • Create presentations, executive communications, guides, and communication packages.
  • Build messaging that clearly communicates the organization's AI vision and strategy.
  • Engage stakeholders and support organizational alignment around AI initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
