• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering trustful, therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess and discuss their progress, stability, and future treatment plans, including evaluating discharge readiness.
• Collaborate with clients to create, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary for optimal support and progress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client interaction, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and recommend suitable treatment pathways.
• Conduct individual therapeutic sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based techniques and motivational interviewing.
• Engage in one-on-one supervision sessions to reflect on practice, share challenges, and receive constructive feedback to enhance clinical skills.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for clients.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. By providing individualized therapy in a supportive setting, you will help clients develop coping strategies, enhance emotional resilience, and achieve their personal goals.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential that is current and active.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating expertise in handling complex cases.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software for documentation and telehealth services.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with strong skills in assessment and treatment planning.

• Fluency in additional languages is an asset, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
