• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of assigned clients.
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and develop personalized therapy plans.
• Create and document weekly goals and treatment plans, ensuring all documentation is completed in accordance with company policies and within established timelines.
• Facilitate discharge planning and collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive aftercare plans that support their ongoing recovery post-therapy.
• Maintain open lines of communication with families, external clinicians, and referring parties to ensure seamless continuity of care for each client.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your role is critical in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, helping them build resilience and improve their quality of life. Through your experiences, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to honor and accommodate the cultural and individual differences within the community we serve.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or equivalent)
• An active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services within a clinical or medical setting
• Strong adherence to professional ethics, including maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar healthcare environment
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
