• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, enabling the development of effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), based on your expertise and clients' preferences.
• Work collaboratively with clients to co-create therapeutic goals and actively monitor progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to foster client success.
• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients who choose virtual care or those facing accessibility challenges, ensuring that all clients have equal access to therapeutic support.
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reinforcing transparency and accountability.
• Engage in regular peer supervision and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills, stay informed about the latest therapeutic approaches, and share knowledge with colleagues.

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing personalized treatment approaches, you can help clients work through their experiences, empowering them to reclaim their lives and improve their overall psychological well-being.

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory; higher degrees, such as a Master’s or Doctorate in relevant disciplines, are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• An empathetic and non-judgmental approach towards client challenges is crucial for effective therapy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently handle caseloads and administrative duties.

• Experience in community health clinic settings is a plus, enhancing your understanding of the unique challenges and rewards in this environment.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment planning strategies will be beneficial.
• A history of providing therapy through telehealth platforms will be advantageous, especially as remote therapy becomes increasingly prevalent.
