In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake the following core responsibilities:

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation that meets all regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Act as a liaison among clients, family members, and external service systems, advocating for client needs and facilitating access to appropriate resources.

Your client population will range from children to adults facing challenges in emotional and mental health, including those struggling with substance abuse issues and those in need of rehabilitation from developmental disabilities. You will play a crucial role in fostering their recovery journey and support them in leading fulfilling lives within their communities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state of Washington.
• Proficiency in clinical record-keeping and report preparation.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively share ideas and treatment plans.
• Judgment and decision-making capabilities based on professional knowledge and ethical considerations.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will greatly enhance your application:
