• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients across various demographics, focusing on individual needs.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions through telehealth sessions, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Provide mental health assessments and make appropriate referrals to additional services as needed, promoting comprehensive patient care.

As a Remote Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), you will engage with a diverse patient population, ranging from individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges to those requiring ongoing support for chronic conditions. Your expertise will be vital in navigating complex emotional and psychological issues, facilitating recovery through tailored interventions that resonate with each patient’s unique circumstances and goals for mental wellness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Social Work, qualifying for licensure as an independent clinical social worker (LICSW).
• An active LICSW license in the state of Washington, with no penalties or restrictions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a strong understanding of therapeutic methodologies.
• One year of experience working in a remote or telehealth capacity, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and manage patient interactions effectively through technology.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to facilitate documentation and patient management.
• Additional certifications in relevant specialties (e.g., child and adolescent counseling, substance abuse) are advantageous but not mandatory.
