This position is fully remote, enabling flexibility in work hours while maintaining a strong connection with your team and clients. Our work setting is designed to support mental health practitioners through a seamless integration of behavioral and primary health care, allowing clinicians to engage with patients either through video conferencing or telehealth solutions. As the Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Deliver effective clinical services to eligible children and families, applying best practice standards including evidence-based treatment models. CANS certification must be obtained within two months of hiring.
• Collaborate closely with schools, social service agencies, and community resources to promote a continuum of care that enhances child and family outcomes. This includes facilitating the development of support teams utilizing natural community assets.
• Assist clients in navigating resources and educational opportunities aimed at fostering their autonomy and ensuring basic needs are met.
• Monitor compliance for clients designated under Legal Risk Assessments (LRA), working with court representatives to facilitate extensions when required and assessing when revocation is appropriate.

The primary focus of this role is to support children and families experiencing various mental health challenges, as well as assisting the unhoused population within our community. Your understanding of cultural sensitivities and socioeconomic disparities will enhance your ability to deliver effective, compassionate care tailored to individual needs.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification in the State of Washington.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience related to behavioral health.
• Specialized knowledge in integrating behavioral health treatment within primary care settings (training will be provided if needed).

Preferred candidates will have:

• Experience working with Medicaid, Medicare, and various private insurance plans, demonstrating a robust understanding of insurance processes.
• A strong track record of successfully engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds, treating all individuals with respect and sensitivity.
• Knowledge of resources and challenges specific to unhoused populations.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
