This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while engaging with clients at our Detox Center in Orlando, Florida. Our dedicated team collaborates to provide top-notch care, guided by regulatory standards and the latest evidence-based practices. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children and families, crucial for understanding individual needs.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure tailored support.
• Monitor and document outcomes as a collaborative team member, advocating for the best interests of each child served.
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, empowering them to enhance their child's development and nurture a supportive environment.
• Administer evaluations using appropriate tools and methodologies, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Establish trusting relationships with children and families to promote a conducive learning and healing environment.
• Develop collaborative plans with families, integrating evidence-based strategies and Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Utilize coaching approaches and natural environment teaching methods to align support with developmental goals.
• Maintain a commitment to high standards of health and safety for both clients and employees throughout all interactions.

Your focus will be on supporting children, particularly infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will work directly with families, helping them navigate early intervention services and ensuring they have the resources to foster their child’s growth in critical developmental areas, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with an active LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license is required for any necessary travel related to service delivery.
• Exceptional ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs, ensuring equitable care for all children.
• A minimum of one year of experience in early intervention or a related field, demonstrating practical knowledge of developmental milestones.
• A proven commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, fostering appropriate developmental opportunities.
