The Ridgeview Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each client's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct initial evaluations, ongoing assessments, and facilitate therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and group therapy sessions.
  • Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, holistic care that meets each client's needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to counseling practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective connections with a diverse clientele.
  • A history of collaborative success within a healthcare team.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software applications.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience with online therapy platforms is advantageous, as remote counseling will utilize various digital modalities.
